Job Description

Amazon is looking for motivated, hungry HR thought leaders who are comfortable leading through gridlocks to improve processes and deliver the best experience for our customers. These leaders will join our Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) team, to fulfill and deliver a wide variety of high quality, just-in-time orders that include anything from groceries to furniture.

GSF includes innovative businesses such as Prime Now, which pioneered free one- and two-hour delivery of Amazon’s most in-demand items; Amazon Fresh, which brought groceries right to customers’ doorsteps; Treasure Truck, which delivers daily surprises and deals to customers; and Amazon XL, which provides our customers with white-glove delivery of large items, such as mattresses and TVs.

Success in this role will require influential partnerships with middle and senior management within the organization to execute the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness. The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows.



  • Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Ability to support a 24/7 environment that has multiple shifts and a significant staffing ramp during our seasonal peak in the fourth quarter. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • 3+ years human resource business partner experience
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
  • Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment

Bonus Points

  • Master’s Degree or MBA in HRM preferred
  • Proficiency with HRIS System
  • Human Resources experience with Fortune 500 companies supporting 250-500 or more associates
