Job Description

Headquarters: Washington, DC


We are looking to expand our core remote team on the front-end as we prepare for post MVP. We’re in the process of pivoting our legacy application to our new system while keeping the lights on. We’re looking for someone who has deep experience with working with complex SPA’s and can operate in an agile environment with an async team.
Our Tech stack 
·       react (no redux)
·       graphql
·       typescript
·       working with AWS (you won’t need to write any, but our stack is built on it) 
How we work
·       agile with daily checkins
·       feature-branch flow
·       weekly meetings (retros/planning/etc)
·       daily communication in slack/jira
·       bonuses for going above the ask 
What we need 
·       can operate under minimal supervision; Our team is async and across multiple timezones
·       someone comfortable with adding to our backlog; You have ownership over your features and should report issues/improvements
·       close attention to detail with solid understanding of UX; 
What gets our attention
·       specialization in react at scale (B2B enterprise)
·       design skills enough to tweak and improve design systematically
·       amazing communication and punctual
·       looking to join a team for the long haul
·       passion for helping people (we’re a med-tech company) 
Not looking for
·      agencies
·      full-stack (we want specialization)
·      jack of all trades
